Information You Provide
When you call, email, or prepare a service-request email through this site, you may provide your name, phone number, truck location, vehicle or repair details, and other information you include in your message.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate roadside or scheduled service, prepare estimates, maintain service records, and communicate about the work you requested. We do not sell personal information.
Email Requests
The website inquiry form opens your device’s default email application. Your message is not submitted until you send it from that application, and your email provider’s own privacy practices apply.
Sharing and Retention
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to that provider to load the font files. The website host may also record basic connection and technical information when serving the site.
Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the business or complete requested work, or when required by law. We retain communications and service records only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes.
Your Choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must retain. Contact us at truckrepairon@gmail.com or (360) 220-0312.
